The Heart Ultrasound Diagnostics Course concluded with a formal ceremony and the awarding of certificates to all participants who successfully passed the final exam.
The course was organized by the Department for Scientific Research and Professional Development of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, in collaboration with the Medical Chamber of Tuzla Canton.
The primary goal of the course was to enhance the quality and modernization of ultrasonography, providing advanced education and training for medical professionals.
The Director of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, Prof. Dr. Šekib Umihanić, expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing commitment to professional education. He emphasized that Cliniac Center Tuzla will continue to support numerous educational programs to ensure the highest quality training and professional development for doctors.
On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Ervin Alibegović, Director for Teaching and Scientific Research, highlighted the significance of the Heart Ultrasound Diagnostics Course, which has been continuously conducted at the University Clinical Center Tuzla for over twenty years.
The certificate awarding ceremony was attended by M.Sc. Elnur Smajić, Head of the Clinic for Internal Medicine; Prof. Dr. Lejla Mešalić, President of the Medical Chamber of Tuzla Canton; and Prof. Dr. Zumreta Kušljugić, President of the Association of Cardiologists of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They congratulated the participants and wished them success in their independent practice of heart ultrasound diagnostics.
The certificates were presented by M.Sc. Elnur Smajić, specialist in internal medicine and Head of the Heart Ultrasound Diagnostics Course. On this occasion, he emphasized that all participants had acquired the necessary theoretical knowledge for performing ultrasound examinations and had reached a satisfactory level of practical training required for routine clinical work.
