SECTOR ACTIVITIES:

• Coordination of scientific research work of the University Clinical Center Tuzla and the health scientific institution in the country and around the world;

• The evaluation and assessment of the reported scientific and research work and programs;

• A review procedures structuring for the reported scientific research projects;

• The evaluation of final scientific research projects reports and monitoring of the success of scientific research work;

• Coordinating professional and scientific publications of the University Clinical Center Tuzla;

• Connecting teaching and research in science;

• Participating in the process of concluding contracts with schools and faculties regarding creating curriculum and teaching performance;

• procurement and processing of library material;

• Library management system: borrowing and return of library materials;

• Keeping library records on indebtedness and discharge thereof;

• Continuous education of employees:

• • • • training of employees to gain knowledge and skills required to perform their tasks following modern methods and principles of access, treatment and care of inpatients and outpatients,

      • continuing competency renewal requirements,

      • introducing employees with laws, rules and regulations,

      • continuous maintenance of delivering the highest standards of care and quality health services,

      • transfer of knowledge learned in professional training in practice to other employees,

      • exchange of knowledge, skills and achievements with experts from the country and abroad in areas of common interest,

      • cooperation with other health care centers and hospitals for training and exchange programs for healthcare professionals;

      • implementing and improving multidisciplinary teamwork.
