During a working meeting today at the University Clinical Center Tuzla, an energy efficiency project of the Clinic for Internal Medicine was officially launched.
The meeting was an opportunity to present the planned dynamics of project works during the implementation at the Clinic for Internal Medicine facility. The whole project is a part of the World Bank project “Energy Efficiency in Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
For the implementation of the mentioned project is responsible the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning through the Project Implementation Unit for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The representatives of the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning, together with the representatives of the contractors, were hosted by the director of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, Prof. Dr. Denijal Tulumović with associates. The meeting was also attended by the Prime Minister of Tuzla Canton, Irfan Halilagić, along with the Minister of Health, Dr. Dušanka Bećirović and the Minister of Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection, Anela Ajšić.
The main topics discussed during the meeting were preparatory activities, project documentation and setting deadlines. A project plan, at the facility of the Clinic for Internal Medicine, where three clinics are located, specifies that external openings will be replaced, a system for controlling the consumption of thermal energy will be installed in the facility, and a new thermal insulation facade will be constructed. Work on the building will begin in the next seven days, with completion expected in February next year.
